Peninsula Park is located south of Channel Islands Blvd. on Peninsula Rd. Go down Peninsula Rd. just past Hampton Inn on the right.

Park Visitor Information

City of Oxnard

Park is open from Dusk to Dawn.
Overnight camping is prohibited.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages and possession of open alcoholic beverage containers is prohibited.
Motor vehicles allowed in parking areas only.
Dogs must be on a leash.
Owners are required to clean up after their animals.
Sound amplification systems or devices are prohibited, except by permit.
Groups of 100 persons or more must have a permit form PARKS & FACILITIES.
The following activities are prohibited: possession or discharge of firearms, golf, operation of motor driven airplanes, posting of signs, assembly of temporary structures.
Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters and bicycles are prohibited on all tennis and basketball courts.

Tennis Courts

There's two tennis courts surrounded by trees and a view of the harbor. Local tennis players meet here for a good match. These tennis courts are open to the public for tennis matches only.

Children's Recreation Area

The children's recreation area has slides, swings, spinning, springing, and bending equipment. The recreation area has mulch on the ground around all the equipment. A nice place to get the children active. All with a good ocean climate.
